The full lineup is published, so you can check for a channel before you sign up.
No. OTT Basic is a value package. It does not carry local broadcast stations, ESPN or other major sports networks, or premium movie channels. If a channel isn't on the lineup page, it isn't in the plan.
No. It's month to month. You can cancel anytime and your service runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
An internet connection and a screen: a smart TV, a phone or a tablet. Download the NetComTV app, sign in with the email and password you created, and you're watching. There is no box to rent and nothing to install at the house.
Two steps. First you give us your name, phone, email and service address on our sign-up page, where the plan is spelled out in full. Then you create a password and add a card on our secure account page. Payments are processed by Stripe, so we never see or store your card number. You'll be charged $9.80 a month until you cancel.
